Belle's Professional Background

Many organizations suffer from the realities of low employee morale, ineffectiveness, and high turnover rates, which can lead to a thin bottom line.  So I took my background as a Master Facilitator Equus Coach and my training with Eagala Corporate Services, along with my personal life experience of realigning and connecting to myself, and I created a program called The Corporate Herd Connection. 

Throughout my 31-year career as a real-time court stenographer, I have worked in New York City and have traveled the world reporting on patent and pharmaceutical matters.  Being at the top of my game, I believe in personal excellence, which has taken my career all over the globe.   Listening intently to create a verbatim record of some of the most complicated legal proceedings, I have organically acquired insight and intuition.  My ability to read nonverbal cues and the subtlety of body language, intonation and eye movement transfers to my adept coaching style, which is powerful, instinctual and masterly. 

I furthered my education and skills by working with the Deaf and have provided closed captioning for job trainings, pharmaceutical drug launches, and at the university level.  To effectively communicate with Deaf clients, I went back to college to learn American Sign Language.

My heart to serve others has taken me to various mission fields, visiting orphans and bringing clean water to the most vulnerable in Haiti and El Salvador.  I later became an advocate and mentor for a child in the foster care system. 

Working with teams has been a natural progression to my unique and results-driven style, which has allowed me to partner with fellow coaches and horses to foster lasting results.
